In this course we will:

  • Review the components of a comprehensive periodontal assessment.
  • Review dental anatomy related to periodontal instrumentation for NSPT.
  • Discuss the designs of advanced instruments.
  • Identify various advanced instruments and ultrasonic tips to remove calculus efficiently.
  • Identify various hand instruments to remove burnished calculus.
